Intel Core 12th generation
The 12th generation Intel Core (codenamed Alder Lake) is a complete product line covering multiple platforms such as desktops, gaming laptops, ultrabooks, and commercial/embedded systems, with a wide range of models. The desktop core is i9-12900K/KF (16 cores, 24 threads, up to 5.2GHz), while the mobile end is divided into three series: H (gaming laptop), P (all-in-one laptop), and U (ultrabook).
🔧 Desktop (desktop)
I9 series: i9-12900K/KF/KS/12900/12900F/12900T/12900E/12900TE, among which KS is the official high-frequency version, with the highest turbo frequency reaching 5.5GHz.
I7 series: i7-12700K/KF/12700/12700F/12700T, etc., with 12 cores and 20 threads.
I5 series: i5-12600K/KF, i5-12500, i5-12400/12400F, i5-12490F (China special edition), etc.
I3 series: i3-12100/12100F, i3-12300, etc.
💻 Mobile devices (laptops)
H series (45W, gaming laptop): i9-12900HX/HK/H (14 cores and 20 threads), i7-12800H/12700H, i5-12600H/12500H, etc.
P series (28W, all-in-one): i7-1280P/1270P/1260P, i5-1250P/1240P, i3-1220P.
U series (15W/9W, ultrabook): i7-1265U/1255U, i5-1245U/1235U, i3-1215U, as well as Pentium 8505, Celeron 7305, etc.
🏢 Commercial and Embedded
Targeting commercial and industrial control scenarios, models such as i5-12500 and i3-12100 are also used in commercial desktop computers such as Lenovo Ruitian 900 and Qitian M660, as well as embedded systems that support wide temperature and fanless design (such as Avalue EPS-ADS).
⚠️ The 12th generation platform adopts LGA1700 interface, which is not compatible with old motherboards and needs to be used with 600/700 series motherboards (such as B660, Z690); Supports both DDR5 and DDR4 memory, please confirm which one the motherboard supports when purchasing.
